Every American Freightwear shirt is made to order.

Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after submission to our print partner. Shipping transit time is additional. Production may take longer during holidays, busy periods, or product shortages.

Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Address changes and cancellations
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a correction or request cancellation, contact us immediately. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and details. For damaged items, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
